EXL Teacher Mastermind is officially up and running! This is where I sit down with a group of teachers and just brainstorm up new ideas and stuff. We start off talking about their classes during the week and different things that came up. We try to come up with solutions for problems and difficulties they face with their students. We discuss new topics and story lines for their classes during the coming week. This was actually my first time recording this...so the quality is really low. But I will try to improve it during the coming weeks. Meantime...I hope you enjoy the ride with us. This was fun stuff...real, live, down in the trench training with EXL teachers like yourself.
